END OF THE ROAD
this is the premiere performance of Michael Cook's END OF THE ROAD. Previously
unproduced and to date, unpublished, this is a great opportunity for audiences to view a work
by the late Michael Cook which is otherwise unavailable to them.
This is the premiere performance of Clar Doyle's OUT FROM HERE. A brilliantly
visual production, it explores the unique bond between Ireland and Newfoundland, their
shared hardships, and their people's tremendous facility for survival.

LIST OF LIGHTS
Ed Riche's LIST OF LIGHTS is a moving and nostalgic piece about the passing
of time and the "lights" which flicker out one after another around the Province.
Thursday, April 3,Avion Players (Gander) -
RIM OF THE CURVE
This is Avion's 20th anniversary production of Michael Cook's RIM OF THE CURVE.
They swept the festival awards exactly 20 years ago when they first produced this moving
piece about the annihilation of the Beothuck, framed in the setting of a three ring circus.
Friday, April 4,Northcliff Drama Group (Grand Falls) -
CORNER GREEN
This is the premiere production of Gordon Pinsent's CORNER GREEN. A "memory play"
written especially for Northcliff, Corner Green draws upon the rich
rememberances of home by one of the Province's most talented sons.
Each evening, Phoenix Theatre (St. John's) will perform a curtain raiser
entitled TRADITIONITIS at 7 p.m. in the Basement Theatre.
